Gwendolyn GardnerTeacher

    Gwendolyn Gardner was born and raised in Washington Metropolitan area. Started dancing at the age of 4 and has not stop since. Trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, African, Hip-Hop, Contemporary and Modern dance. She has many years of competition and performance experience, along with strong capability in choreography and instruction. Gwendolyn has received numerous awards and scholarships throughout the years for choreography and her performance. She was won a scholarship to attended master classes and perform at Disney World.

    She attended Suitland high school as a dance major where she won outstanding choreographer achievement award. After High School Gwendolyn received a dance scholarship to University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She went on to majoring in dance education at Towson University perfecting technique and teaching skills. Gwendolyn has taught though out the Washington Metropolitan area at multiple dance studios teaching the skills and love of dance. She is currently working as a professional dancer and dance educator.
